  • Attention Incoming Sixth Grade Students 

    New Jersey state law requires students obtain the following immunizations on or after their 11th birthday, and before school begins in September.

       * booster dose diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus (DPT)
       * one dose of meningococcal (meningitis)
     
    Students who are 10 years old when entering sixth grade are not required to get vaccines until they turn 11 years old.
     
    Students will be subject to exclusion from school for failure to provide proof of immunization.  Should you have any questions, please contact your health care provider or school nurse.

    Medication Pick-Up

    Students that have medication in the Health Office must be picked up from school by a parent/guardian no later than June 22nd.
     
    Medication that is not picked up by June 22nd will be discarded.
